Nature of Services:
I provide counselling and social work services focusing on engagement and building relationships in a culturally responsive and inclusive way. I work with diverse groups of people from different ethnic communities and people from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds. Focusing on individual counselling, family therapy, mental health support, trauma-informed care, informed by narrative approaches, family systems and have a broad understanding and experience in the contributing factors of family violence. Family violence can occur in current or past relationships, between domestic or intimate partners, siblings, across generations, regardless of whether you live with the perpetrator or not.

My approach is client-centred, aiming to empower you to achieve your goals and enhance your well-being. I will work with and alongside you and provide support, strategies and resources as identified needed.
