I am a qualified social worker who holds a Bachelor/Master of Social Work and are registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). Member No 438885. I hold post-graduate qualifications in Narrative Therapy & Community Work and Clinical Mental Health.

All information shared in our sessions is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit written consent, except in the following circumstances:

• Duty of Care: If there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
• Child Protection: If there are reasonable grounds to suspect child abuse or neglect, as mandated by law.
• Legal Subpoena: If subpoenaed by a court of law.
• Supervision/Consultation: Discussion with a qualified supervisor or consultant for professional development and case review, ensuring your anonymity is maintained.

Client Rights:
As a client, you have the right to:

• Ask questions about your treatment at any time.
• Refuse any intervention or recommendation.
• Terminate services at any time.
• Access your client file in accordance with privacy legislation.
• Receive services in a respectful and culturally sensitive manner.
